I really wanted the girls this year to spend some time with each of the Grandma's alone to be able to talk with them and just chat.
We decided to have a tea party with my girls and each of their Grandmother's.
We sent them invitations that were flowers made out of pipecleaners with a note attached to them.
They also said to bring a yummy treat!
Noah and Maelyn made these tea pot cards for their Grandma's.
Mom and Dad bought the Orchid corsage's for them to wear on their special day.
Patience and Carmendee painted the flowers in the vase for them to take home.We all worked on something for them.
Finger foods are so tasty!
We ate deviled eggs, lemon bites, chicken salad sandwiches, chocolate covered strawberries.
My mom brought peanut butter, cream cheese, brownies with whipped cream and cherries on top.
My mother in law brought macaroon cookies.
We had tea from a punch bowl and lemonade from beautiful bottles. The chairs each had yellow tulle tied around them into bows.
I forgot to get napkins, so I folded the paper towels into a nice shape and tied them with the yellow tulle.
My sister in law, Gracie was there to help translate. My mother in law doesn't understand some English and I don't understand some Spanish. She was a big help!

My mom and the girls before the tea party began.

Victoria and the girls.
I'm going to print the pictures out and put them in a frame as a gift.
I am going to bind them in a book and write "The Women Of Our Family."
It was so neat hearing stories about each of the women.
It was my favorite part of the tea party!
