Tint your frosting and coconut green with food coloring. Frost your cupcakes and sprinkle the coconut on top. Have your kids put 3 "eggs" jelly beans on top of each cupcake. I prefer the string licorice for the handle- but use whatever you have on hand. Stick the licorice handles into the sides of the cupcake.
